Do anyone knows or have any idea how would we have to renew our EAD?
Do we have to re-submit all our document again or just a renew application?
If we become over the age of 30 are we still qualify for our EAD renewable?

all answer, ideas and tips are appreciated thanks.

Regarding age:
As long as you were under 31 on June 15th 2012 you remain eligible. Age requirement is more to have been born on or after June 16th 1981.
Regarding renewal:
I have no idea, there is no process as of yet since it is still at least a year and 5 months since the first C33 EAD expires. I am certain that it will not be free. Likely file a different version of I-821D asking for extension, and file I-765 and I-765WS again.
Automatic extension is doubtful as everyone has a different period of deferred action - unlike people with TPS for whom it expires on the same day.
