Receive RFE, this mean i pass background Check?

I Receive RFE 2 Weeks ago that they need more information for 2009.

This means you received RFE

If they didn't ask for evidence about any charges or anything that could have showed up on your record, then yes, I think it's safe to say that your background check cleared and now they are reviewing your evidence.

it doesn't mean anything but they are requiring more additional evidence, to a back ground check, they just don't need your fingerprints but other stuff as well just wait for the letter which will specify what they are asking for
