I have not recieved my biometrics letter.

Did anybody have to wait a couple of months for the Biometrics letter? I have been waiting about a month and a half , should I call?

You know that happened to my friend he still hasn't recivied his biometric he sent his in and they recieved his on march 1 and he called his lawyer and the lawyer called uscis and they said that applicants who are applying now will wait a longer time to get a biometric appointment she said that they said they are current back logged and don't wanna make appointments till backlog on i821D is cleared abit and she said there are other applicants that will have to wait For their appointment letters

I expected that kind of explanation. Thanks for the information. Any way, they received my application February 19. So I will wait two weeks for the two month mark before calling them. I just hope USCIS is not doubling processing times for everything.

You should call tomorrow, we can't be 100% sure that lawyer is telling the truth, there's a guy who waited 3 months to get one because someone at uscis apparently forgot
