well there are many people driving without a lic... the problem is that (in CA to be specific) insurance is requireed by law... but can the police take your car or inpounded or stored if the car is under your name and you have proof of insurance

one thing is for sure the no lic. ticket... and the violation ticket (speeding, no ligths..ETC)

an insurance agent told me no but I dont have any readable info,,,...
