misdemeaner while waiting for approval!!?? Am I screwed??

So I just got a misdemenor for possesion of an illegal weapon, which was a pocket knife. Me and 3 other friends were walking to my house from the park and a cop stops us because somebody called them and said that we were smoking canabis sativa. They searched us and found no weed but my stupid self had my pocket knife on me. They were going to arrest me but they just asked for all my information but nothing showed up because I am an illegal alien. after that they just took me home because the park was down the street from my house. So will this affect me in any way? I just went for biometrics a week ago and now I have to go to court on may 7th. F@$k need feed back please!!

So this is the second major ticket you have received related to hanging around people that smoke weed and hang out in parks. Why do you continue to hang out with the same friend and continue with the same pattern of activities?

Either you are being irresponsible or you are trolling. Speak to a lawyer and double check that is a misdemeanor since it was not a gun and they didn't arrest you. If you are not fingerprinted it won't show up as a criminal misdemeanor.

I live in kansas and it had a spring on it which is illegal here, but i didn't know that. It was a damn gift. The cop hancuffed but never took me to jail

I think those are illegal anywhere. I carry a S&W Border Guard 2 pocket knife with me everywhere and I've been stopped once with it but never had any problems.
What is the reason you were carrying the knife? How old are you? Do you work?

Damn I have no idea why I was carrying it, being a dumbass I guess and I'm 19 and work for my step uncle cleaning for his company. You think this will affect my approval when I go to court?
