I have heard that in order to qualify for the dream act a student must NEVER have worked with false documentation, is this true? I am not speaking for everyone but I know alot of people who have to work and therefore have used this method to obtain a job. Does anyone have any info about this?

Technically, yes. It's most likely that this won't be enforced though. They know that many of us have to work with fake SS, and they will ask you that on an immigration interview. From what I've have heard, when people get asked the question if they have ever used a fake SS, they tell truth and get away with it. To avoid any troubles don't use a SS because it's illegal, but like I said before, it's not such a big issues with the Dream Act.

That does not mean anyone should be trying to get false SSN. That is completely illegal and we do not support that in this forum. At all.
