RFE 1 month after biometrics

So I got an rfe today regarding my i821-d application. And I'm so freaken pissed off because I sent evidence from like 1992 until present time. And there requiring evidence from 2007 to 2011 when I clearly know and have copies of all the evidence I sent. I feel like they must have lost it and now I' have to resend all that information once again and send more I suppose. It sucks but I have to do this. Another thing when I checked my status both cases still say initial review the i821 hasn't even updated and they sent out the letter on 4/4/13 so checking the status doesn't really help :/ unfortunately.

Anyways has this l happened to anyone else?

why would you be upset? clearly they're working on your paper work.. there are dreamer who have waited for 6 months after bios and just received a rfe... resend everything you already send and anything else that can help!! hope you get approved ASAP!! best of luck!!,

What kind of evidence did you send in the first place?

You should be happy you got an RFE, some of us haven't heard anything since we sent our app. Most like after you sent the evidence they requested you'll be approved soon after.

I've received an RFE regarding my continuous presence, do not be upset as this is a good thing like others said.

Send in everything you can, overwhelm them with evidence. Affidavits pictures, anything you got helps.

i was approved a week after they received my RFE, this is a good thing!

RFE 1 month after biometrics

This once happened to me....

Well I sent bank statements starting from October of 2007 until present time but I only sent in from each year the biggining of the year and the end of the year statements. I sent my marriage cert of 2011. I sent an employer letter stating that I've been working for them since sept of 2007. I also sent in my car title with the purchase date of 02/2007. And other miscellaneous papers dated within the 5 year continuos stay requirement. So now I'm sending more evidence like pay stubs and I'm gonna sen every month of every year bank statements, I'm also gonna obtain a payment history from the finance company that finance my car which is dated from like 05/2007 until I finished paying it off specially since it was under my name so I'm hoping that's a major help as well. I'm hoping to send my package back by Monday

I hope that's the case for everyone. Yeah I got this rfe unexpectedly. I say that because I'm one of those persons that would check their status an continues to check status at least every day. An on my status there both still in initial review. It says nothing about no rfe for the i821d so I was kinda surprised to be honest. Good luck to all.

Yeah I'm definitely sending everything I had originally sent plus I'm also submitting more additional evidence
So hopefully it's good enough evidence for the officer to approve my case.
