Okay so has anyone else checked their scores only to see its like really good!?? From nowhere? I haven't been on in a while so idk if this has been discussed yet but is there a reason behind this? Or is the government just tryin to help us out? Anyone else this happened to?

If your social security number has never been associated with a credit report, your credit score will not be generated until after six months of having had an open credit line. Credit score sites like creditkarma.com only show FAKO scores, which are not real scores generated by them using their own scoring formula on what little amount of info there is on your Transunion's credit report. Myfico.com offers various promotions when it comes to checking your credit score or your credit report with the three major credit bureaus. If you have only had your first credit card for under 6 months, you'll have a report, but no score yet, so don't bother buying your credit scores.

Try AnnualCreditReport.com, it's the only government sponsored site, and truly free. You can get your report once a year. It didn't work for me though, neither does e-verify, it's like my SSN is not active yet, and I've had it since November.

I did apply for a credit card, and in the denial letter it said my score was 524, and that is just terrible....... Which sucks cause my car recently broke down and I neeeed a car, like bad. :/

I got pretty high credit score too. But I have secured credit card from Bank of America since December 2011. Yep, without SSN. So after I got SSN from DACA, I went to the bank to update my SSN the day after. Four days later, I applied for 3 credit cards and got approved from AMEX and Discover. Amazon Chase card denied me because of my low income lol (Only 10k.)

I was thinking I would be denied by all though. My credit score shouldn't be in the system that fast. But oh well....the approved letter from Discover shows my FICO score of 766. Kinda high, isn't it?
