You can. I built it w a secured card and moved on to regular credit cards. Your banker has no clue what hes talking about. I did it with BoFA too.

they said that for secured credit card. i have to pay( not sure)300$ dollar and 36 anual fee.

so what do i do next?

just accept secured credit and move on to regular credit card later?

i have no job , no income my parents gave me money so this could be a reason they deny me regular credit card?

Correct. You have to prove to the bank that you're able to manage your own money before thy can lend you theirs. I started with a secured one (300$) the. A regular one a year later. My credit is now at my low 700's.

A secured credit uses your own money to build credit(through you depositing money on to it), basically anything you purchase with that card will get reported to credit companies until you're qualified to obtain a non secured credit card.

You're not paying. You're depositing it to use it for pirchases, then at the end of the year they give you the money back. The only thing you pay is the fee. It's completely worth it and youd be wasting precious time not starting now.
