No, EWI is not cleared by DACA. You could probably clear it if you were to get Advance Parole, then leave and re-enter on the parole, but there is always the risk of not being allowed back into US.

If DOMA gets knocked down I will get married to my partner of 3 years as well and get my green card that way. Crossing fingers for doma to be knocked down by the end of June because they will make the ruling they said by the end of June
