How do I check if my case has been transferred and what center it is in? Also how do I get text notification or email notifications, or is there an app to get alerts?

there should be some numbers that start either with LIN or something else like WBC they use different letters but the rests are numbers. It should be on your mails for USCIS

I meant I know those numbers, my question is what do I do with them. I went to check my casse status online and it only tells me it is in Initial review, but I want to know what center it is in, or if I was transferred. And also, where can I sign up for alerts via email or text?

when you check your number, I think it asks you if you want to be notified via text or email but you have to make a profile with them

You can check your case status online at the USCIS website by inputing those characters. You can sign up for an account to get updates via email/text, link also below.

Nebraska: LIN
Vermont: EAC

Just look for the 3 letters at the beginning of your case number. Then you'll know where yours is at.
