I urgently a list of Senators that are currently on the fence when it comes to the Dream Act. This would help a lot with the Washington trip and the Letters Lutier wants us to fax.

Yep the list looks about right for Democrats..I would add Dorgan (D-ND) to it...For the Republicans its much trickier. I could give you a list who i think will definitely vote no, instead of who is on the fence, its very hard to guess.. But the list looks ok too for the Republicans, although there are 3 or 4 name on it that i think would very very likely vote yes.... ( I would add Hutchinson, Chambliss, and Isaakson)

Juan, any word if you would be able to meet Durbin?

Yeah, Hutchinson (R-TX) is a maybe too, but I don't know about Chambliss (R-GA). Has there been new word from him?

I would add to Republicans also.... I looked at their records how they voted for immigration legislations throughout their carriers and they are all over the place...

Cochran (R-MS)
Sununu (R-NH)

Add another Democrat: Bayh (D-IN) ..He was a previous cosponsor of the Dream Act, but he voted NO to even start a debate on CIR this year, and Indiana is not a really immigrant hotspot if you know what i mean, you might as well add him just in case.. We dont want to regret not having enough votes

I am actually going to call everyone from the list and see if any positions have changed... Ill let you know in about 20 minutes
