So I applied for a teller job at Chase and let me say, that was a long application I had to fill out online and to add to that you had to take a 40 question test which involved some math and question of circumstances a teller might experience. My question is does someone know or have any information about Chase bank and how they deal with applications or any relevant information on the topic?

Any banker/teller position will have you go through the banker assessment. They'll test your (basic) math skills, ethics, personal judgement, etc. It's best to answer the non-math questions as truthfully as possible, as the majority of questions are just redeveloped forms of other questions which gauge your core attributes. These exams are designed principally to weed out those who tend to not be truthful.

My bro works for Bofa and his friend at chase.

For my bro. It was two interviews. I think one was branch recruiter and the second was branch manager/regional manager. Then they send you off for fingerprints. Once they clear they send you the offer for the position.

Yup. They mostly require only about 1 year of cash handling experience because that is how much my bro had. He only worked at a smoothie shop before for like a year. This is good to get you through college but not for after. They do have these management programs that you can go into when you are done with your B.A. though. I don't know how much those make.
