Advice!

So ive been having problems with my mail carrier (in forum about lost/stolen EAD) I recieved my EAD on May 10th, I had to pick it up at the post office seeing how I wasn't there to sign off on it. It was strange because I recieved it first before my approval letters. I went Monday May 13 to the SS office to apply for my social. I gave it a week from that point to see if my approval letters would come in, went on uscis.gov to check if they sent my approval letters, it says May 17, 2013 the post office returned the notice we sent you as undeliverable. WTF I KNOW FOR A FACT I DONT NEED TO SIGN FOR SOME FUCKIN LETTERS. i race to post office and basically told them they need to get shit straight and because of them my case was being reviewed AGAiN! and they only gave me some yellow slip where i have to fill my name out and put in my mailbox. BULLSHIT USELESS PEOPLE , MY DOG COULD DELIEVER MY MAIL WITHOUT A PROBLEM COMPARED TO THESE PEOPLE!! anyways...my roommate said she saw a letter on Saturday the 18th, but that she left it there for me to get. MIND YOU ALL, my roommate and I are the only ones with access to our MAILBOX!..so thats why i went bananas off at the post office and they assumed it was our fault and to just call uscis and inform them of their incompetent mail carriers! Which I did on Monday morning may20th after i came back from the post office. Now what I want to know is will i have to go back to ss office and inform them of my situation because I have yet to see that letter my roommate was talking about, and btw she had no idea if it was from uscis or ss office. So what do i do?!!! help!!!!!!!!!! [/color]

ok, if you already have your EAD and went to the SSN office then you should be fine. what they might have sent back is just your approval letters and not the actual EAD card since, if i'm understanding you correctly, you already have that. (super hard to read the RED)

if, this is the case, then you do not have to inform the SSA anything. USCIS will or should have put in a request to have the letters re-sent to you and you should receive them in about 15 days but wait 30 because if you call on the 16th day of waiting you may be told to wait 30 days. and you're case is not being reviewed again.

and BTW, USCIS and USPS are not the same government agencies and thus calling and complaining to USCIS about USPS does nothing and vice versa.

and the reason im asking for advice is because my roommate saw that i recieved something in the mail on saturday but she didn't check what it actually was since she was ina rush and just saw my name on it and left it in the mailbox. I never get any mail except my immigration letters so this is why im worried it might have been my SS card. I did call and explained that to USCIS and they just said sometimes that happens since i dont have an indivdual mailbox and its just a mailbox with a lock on it.

I was thinking about going to SS office on Wednesday since today is my 2 weeks that it was suppose to come in the mail. And to see if they could re-send it or something.

USPS has always had problems with the mail.
Once I ordered something online and USPS said they had delivered the package but I never received. I went door to door to see if anyone had received on mistake but to no avail. So I called the Post Office and they told me that their records showed it had been dropped off. They said they'll talk to the mail man to see what had happened. The next day I receive my package and ever since, the mail man skips my house every other day. >_>

From what USCIS told me, they usually have issues with the post office system because they have their own rules about delivering certain mail. it just doesn't make sense but I just want them to re-send my shit already and my ss, I got things to do like get my license, get a job and go back to school.
