Hey everyone i just got my 821D accepted the other day and i though id share my progress with everyone.
Application Accepted: August 29 2012
Biometrics appointment: November 22 2012
Request For evidence: Feb 29 2013
Answered on May 2 2013
Application accepted/Card production 5/23/2013 ( My bday oddly lol)
Well USCIS really messed up my application it took way too long to get this done. They sent me the RFE in february but i never received it at my house so i had to figure out what they wanted. All they needed was more evidence i was in the country in 2010 so i gave it to them.
Note: i managed to get approved even though i have 4 Misdemeanor charges on my record for traffic related stuff like Driving under Revocation ect but nothing violent.I consider myself lucky to have went thru

what exactly were those 4 misdemeanors?

Biometrics-9/17. Approved 9/27. EAD10/1. Approved for instate tuition in VA: 12/17/12 !!! RENEWALS so far 9/27/14, 9/04/16 and NOW 8/12/18

sadly cus it took so long it put a huge strain on my marriage and my wife left me on the 13th of may. we are currently separated and id give it a 25% chance that we get back together. Everything has its price
