I'm told the new amend is

SA 2919

I'm also told it does two things.

1. Pulls out the In-State Tuition language while leaving in the military enrollment language.

2. Sets an upper age limit for application at 30 years of age.

!!!

(Just thought I'd make a fresh post so EVERYONE knows right away and no one has to stare at that godawful 23 senators opposed!!!)

so what if you have 2 years of college already completed? Then you're out???? or is it, 2 years of college, paying out of state, still counts for dreamers?

I'm a little sad now, I was counting on in-state. Oh well, if it must be done...
But now it has a btter chance of passing!

If they are taking amendments in numerical sequence, SA 2919 may be next. SA 2918 is coming up next (cspan).
