IF YOU ARE MALE OVER AGE 18 YOU MUST REGISTER OR THEY CAN DENY YOU ON THE BASIS OF NO MORAL CHARACTER
Just be prepared for INS..

Don't they register you automatically when you get a driver's license? Because my hubby thinks he's registered but e doesn't have a card...

I don't think you get registered automatically. I registered back in 1999 but I lost my card, but I just requested one last week and it should arrive this week. Check out www.sss.gov for registration info. And no it does not matter if you are undocumented, you must register anyway.

My hubby never got a card so he's gonna call and make sure..
You should tell yours to please call as well. Not worth the risk.

He doesn't have to call to verify he can just check his registration online at www.sss.gov, and if he is registered he can then call the number that is given on the site and request one.
