i think 2/3 of the house is 280 votes i think we need like 230 to pass it 280 is to override a veto

We only need 218 in the House and Bush will not veto. I dont know if we have to go through the House though.

I really dont want it to pass by itself as a bill.

Its going to have its own crap amendments and technicalities will make more senators whine and since this bill doesnt have a deadline its probably going to sit on the desk for a long long time.
