Hey man. I can relate. They talk about me like they've always been around and know exactly the kind of individual I am. Which they have no clue at all. The worst part is that their kids, my cousins are in far worst situations than I've ever been or will be. I'm talking gangs, prison, drugs and the whole nine yards.

Don't let that shit bring you down man.
Use the hate to self motivate.
It takes a special kind of tough skin to deal with family.
But don't show them that you're worried.

Actually...my dad, somewhat. He wished that I had gone back to Mexico already. He thinks I'm wasting my time (he's somewhat right too) especially if I don't get approved and I haven't finished my bachelors.

The thing is...what I do is because I WANT TO, and because I feel it is the right thing to do. You should do the same. Just keep your head up.

This is the way Hispanics have been for years. Stop the crying and show them that you can do better for your self. in other words, Fuck em' why pay attention to begin with ?
