Hey guys,
I was approved. I expected a denial, but thanks to God and my Dad and Prez Obama a miracle happened.
Thank you dear adjucator.
Thank you ALL for always keeping up with my foolishness.
THANK YOU DREAMACT.INFO for being there all the way...
Thank you Anita Lara (a dear friend who was killed by a bf 2 weeks before hs grad [beautiful girl was set to leave for the Army but the guy took her from us]) for looking out for me from Heaven! =C
The excitement the oh wow moment has not happened (because i am going through a bad time) , and probably wont. but wow I cannot believe I have a work permit.

I wanted to post a picture of the beasts', but because I respect each and every one of you and the ultimate babe (Nick) i will do the intelligent thing and not post it (i had the pic ready and all.)

To anyone who is waiting and is wondering why they're not approved yet, you'l be approved soon, my case was so complex all the service centers had to work on it together. =X So relax and you are going to get yours soon.

Growing up, my parents always made sure we knew that we weren't really entitled to be "free" in the land of the free. My father was very strict when it came to discipline and just life in general. I used to get the worst beatings because i was the middle one, the ugly one, the rebellious, the boy crazy one, the tomboy one, the one that desired to be "free".
My dream was to join the military, another unatainable goal. hopefully one day it wont be too late (age wise)
We were not allowed to disrespect this country by doing wrong. Now I see how that paid off, and I am grateful for the hardknock life and struggles we went through. I always felt as an outsider (even in college because everyone was rich and white). I never even hung my bachelors diploma up because i never felt i deserved it, and not being able to put it to use made me feel worthless and in debt!

NOW I FEEL LIKE I MAY HAVE A CHANCE TO SUCCEED AND START A CAREER LIKE ALL MY COLLEGE PEEPS...

If anyone reading this has not applied and qualifies, APPLY. its worth it! you deserve it and you deserve to be free. I can't wait for CIR so others who did not meet the age requirements can get theirs too.
xoxo - Me

maybe i'll post a picture of how much weight i have lost tho

Someone can benefit from your experience.... How complicated can it be? With DACA you either qualify or not... I don't remember you mentioning lack of evidence, which is the most difficult thing about DACA.

Anyway, congrats!!!
