Alight so i am new here but i keepup with deffered action statistics just to see when i will be approved
my time line is:
application date: Nov. 1
Bio: December 10
Approved: hopefully soon

alright so this is the last statistics that uscis as published on June 14, 2013

here are the stats

its impotent to know that this is till end of may so one month has passed since this was released so the approval are probably more then 365,237
by now

total application received is 520,157
total application approved is 365,237 + 50,000 = 415,237 since a month has passed since this was released

total applications left are 104,920
so if the approval rate continues to be 50,000 then in this and next month, so by end of august every one just about should be approved,

what do you guys think?

Yeah I would think they are doing more approving/denying than accepting. I just wish we knew how everything was being processed to understand how fast they estimate to get caught up.

Yeah I had seen that I always check on the 15th to see the new chart, I just mean as far as how they process everything like does one person "accept" the application and then it gets sent to someone else to make the decision or is it just processed by one person. I would think that if they get passed to more than one person it might take longer

i will be happy as long as they keep approving 50,000 + rate when the next chart come up, cuz that would mean we will all be approved very very soon

I think they expected 1,000,000 to apply so they are not even half way there yet.

I didn't realize that the number of those approved was actually a majority now, which is kind of - or very! - disappointing for those of us who are still waiting. I mean technically up until may, we're basically less than a third out of everyone who has applied and was not denied..

The issue with this is that people are still applying, albeit at a much lower rate. But as of May, there was still an average of around 20k new applicants. And since USCIS doesn't know how to go in numerical order, some or all of those new applicants may end up getting approved before us, which is really frustrating.

Some were waiting for Obama to get reelected, some are waiting for CIR to pass...I'm sure once the whole CIR thing is over, applications will go up again.

Thankfully, the denial rate is still less than 2% (however, it HAS been increasing) of total approvals. I'm very hopeful that things will go a lot faster now that there are less applications received than approved/denied, so things should (in theory) move a lot quicker for everyone. Like I mentioned before, people who might apply within the next couple of months might get approved faster than many of us. In the end, nothing is fair, but there's nothing we can do, except, smile and keep on going. Strong we are .
