I'm working at a Hedge Fund with DACA in New York City.

The Human Resource knows about my DACA but my boss doesn't.

My boss wants to me to take a business trip to another country.

My questions:

1. Did anybody have a success with Advanced Parole with DACA regarding business trips? (If you did, how long did it take from application to approval?/how difficult was the process?)

2. Was anybody in a similar situation that I am in? (how did you handle it?)

Sorry, I can't help via experience but I'll try to ask around to see if I can get more info from my lawyer who has done AP with others in our situation.

I'm also curious about this since I want to do this for graduate school.

Be honest with your boss! If you are a true asset to him, He'll understand. In some ways it's risky but you came this far. You don't need to be scared. He might even sponsor you to get a GC.
