Dallas Driver Licence

Hey so I live in Washington state and I was approved for DACA, already have SS and WA DL. I'm moving to Dallas , Can I get a Texas DL without a problem ?? Please let me know...

Hi besos, I live in north dallas and yes you can get your dl without any problem. You will need your social, EAD,driver license that way you don't have to retest. you will need proof of residency bills will work. If you are going to live with a relative she/he can go with you and vouch for you, that way you dont have to show proof of residency I think lol. other than that you should be ok. If you need help once in dallas I could help, it's hard moving to another state and not knowing anyone. Of course you wouldn't know me either lol but I can be your first friend...

I don't think vouching will work. I had to pull out all kinds of documents to get my permit because I haven't lived at the address I was trying to use for 6 months.The DPS lady had to tape my social security card back to the letter for it to count. I needed 2 proofs of residency and the second one was another battle of its own. It was a long LONG day.
