Hey guys, My dad has me on his taxes receipts for one of the years where I only have one proof of residency ( a medical record, and one affidavit and stamped pictures of birthdays) Can i use that as evidence?

The thing is he filed those taxes with another address where he didn't live nor me and it was in another state, my aunt's house. but I have proof from previous years of living in that state but not in that exact address.

I also didn't include that address when I listed all the addresses where I have lived (because I only lived there for a week and i was 13)

So do you think I can submit those taxes or would they make my situation worse?

Sure submit them, sometimes people live in a place for a week or two while relocating. And from my experience and what has been a common pattern in rfe responses by USCIS, they will just check the new documents you submit very quickly, usually in a week or two so I doubt they are being.extremely tact about all the information you submitted already. Good luck.

Yeah I think so too, does anyone have any other opinions about this? has anyone tried sending taxes from your parents where they list you as dependent ?
