Is it possible for me to register a car onto my name? If so, would it be recommended to do that or should I find a resident family member to register the car under their name? I don't have a drivers licence as I cant receive one in Arizona.

Also, would you guys happen to know whats required to buy a car off a dealer? I'm looking at some cars that come out to be 5-6k with a dealer, but dont know what I need. I currently have 2k saved off to the side for a future car, but buying from a dealer would allow me to make monthly payments and just pay it off over time.

What do you guys think? I know its a lot of questions. I searched and couldnt find anything on the topic. So please be gentle or post some links redirecting me if you like. Any info is appreciated. Thank you.

um since you in az and im in az , best advice , if you can put it under someone who has a license , that way if you get pulled over and get it impounded for no license , it be much easier for the one whos name it is under to get it out , or else you would have to do all kinds of paperwork switching in order to get it out , just a heads up

Jan Brewer doesn't want to give you a license, i wonder how much of a pain in the ass it would be to even try to put the car under your name, why don't you look at the requirements for it on their website..

Yeah, this is what Im fearing. I dont want my car taken away and get charged extra fees for bullshit AZ laws. I think I'm going to get a family member to do me the favor of registering it under their name. Thank you.

instead of saying " i actually received my drivers license with DACA" you should elaborate a little bit for those who have DACA but are afraid to go in and apply for a license.

I am from AZ also Happyman said go to Cali and get the DL. I heard that even if you get one and drive in Arizona and they pull you over they will look at you as you don't have a DL and you were driving. Is this true? Can anyone confirm? Mayne someone has done this I was planning on going to NM and getting one. So if someone has one from a different state in AZ and has gotten pulled over? Thanks !
