It would be easiest for my gf to go to Spain, UK, Ireland or France with me due to the fact that I have dual US/EU citizenship. I would not mind living overseas for a bit, as long as I could get a job.

Because if they didn't, I'd like us to go all over the place.

Actually, I know I've heard of people on immigrate2us.com moving to Canada when their waiver's got denied, so maybe you can. But I think their immigration laws just got stricter over there.
