What does pending adjudication mean? I did a service request for I-821D and I got a letter in the mail and said that my I821D is Pending Adjudication and that they are sorry for the delay. -_- the first letter I got in June was that I was pending background checks and my case was on processing hold. Now I got a second letter today and said that my i821D is pending adjudication?

^^^ pretty much what he said. They give me a different excuse every service request I make. One was background checks, one was pending adjudication, one was performing additional reviews, one was your case is in extended review, etc. blah blah blah lol

Alexander did you already talk to your Congressman?

I did on the 29th of July and got approved that same week. Seriously if you have not done it do it.

The last thing i was going to try was an Info Pass even though on the page says that applicants of DACA can't do it you still can.

My first service request ever was on Febuary than again in April and last one on May all three told me the same crap that DACA doesn't have an official time frame. After that i just kept waiting, three weeks ago my lawyer sent a letter and than i did that Congressman thing.

I've done everything....service requests every month, multiple visits to my congressman, emailing the center, emailing the director. There's nothing else to do but pray

My congressman won't help me his name is Steve stockman -_- he's against immigration. But I think I'll get approved pretty soon. Plus I contacted my lawyer she said that means they finished my background checks and now are waiting for the immigration adjudicator officer to make a decision ! She said its progress.
