So I am in the process of obtaining deferred action. I have had my biometrics and photo taken, but now they want me to prove that I have been in the country since 2007.

I only have school proof for 2011 and 2012, but nothing for the year 2007 through 2010 that shows my current address.

I do have some letters from the Social Security Administration for the years 2008, 2009, and 2010, but they have my old address in Texas, where I lived ten years ago. I have been in Minnesota since 2002.

I have NOTHING under my name except school documents for the last two years. I do plan on submitting some affidavits, but don't know if that will be enough. Can anyone advice me on what I should do?

Well first off send those Social Security Administration documents shouldn't really matter that it was when you lived in Texas. Do you have FB check ins? you never used Paypal or Amazon? Submitting affidavits only for those years won't be enough.

Why are you surprised at this, they stated these requirements since the very beginning.

So you have lived in Minnesota since 2002 but you had Social Security letters mailed to you to a Texas address in 2008-2010?

2007 - 2010, that's a huge gap, a HUGE gap. Do you have photos? it doesn't matter which state documents are from as long as they're within the 50 states.

Gather 2+ affidavits from friends that have known you for a while. Preferably USC.

How old are you if you don't mind me asking?

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY YOU WILL GET DENIED IF YOU DON'T SEND SUFFICIENT INFORMATION.

Yet, his application is being looked at, and time wasted in it...
