Feeling Discouraged

I am feeling kind of down, which is odd, i have not heard anything yet.
I was mentally prepared to wait the 6 months, wanted to start college, & part time job.
I know people have been waiting longer then i have, but i also seen people get approved who
apply after my time line.....
My app was sent February 8th, Bios March 19, Initial review as of August 19

I have a lot of friends who got approved, and are still doing the same thing they were before
they got approve.

I have faith, but i just feel like i have to write, to let my frustration out.
I cant even do a E- Request, it says still under processing time....

I know in the long run, it will pay off, n i will remember these long months i waited for a chance to a better life....

Hang in there man... I been waiting for 10 months.. And 2 weeks ago I got RFE I just sent back my evidence back today...

I'm there with u, I have not been waiting long at all but I do think about it a lot, I think about "what if I was to get denied" I'd be so down and mad, especially seeing all my younger cousins who got approved and doing nothing to take full advantage of if. 2 of them are still working under there fake SSN, another isn't going to school or working, and another one left home driving drunk out of his mind the other day. Smh I just know when I get this , if I do I will take full advantage to better myself and never take it for granted.

But hang in there buddy. It will come soon!!!

I cannot put into words the way I feel some days. I try to stay positive and not complain because I know there's many people waiting longer than me. This wait is driving me crazy so i can totally understand you. I want to get approve not mainly for me but for MY MOM. My mom is the most hardworking person I have ever known!!! I know she did wrong for coming to this country illegally but Nothing has ever been handled to her. She has worked 2 to 3 jobs at the same time to support her kids. Life has not been fair to my mom she was abused and beaten by my alcoholic dad for many year. However no matter what life threw at her she never forgot about her daughters. She has been such a strong woman. Recently she was diagnosed with a severe spine disorder and soon will be paralyze!! It kills me not to be able to help my mom. Every day she struggles to get around because she has trouble walking. I often think to myself if only I could drive and take her to work and to her doctors appointments.......but I can't. I was so heart broken one day when my mom came home crying because a guy punched her in the bus for walking too slow if it wasn't for the people in the bus that helped my mom that guy would have beat her up. I felt hopeless and mad at myself for not being able to help her more. I pray to god every night that my approval will come soon.....I don't want my mommy to suffer anymore. I want want to get approve and share that moment with my mom. I hope I will be blessed to share that moment with her!!!!!

I think most of our dreams and hopes can be made true with DACA...the most painful thing is that many of us have been waiting longer than others. I'm not gonna talk about who 'deserves' things first (that's subjective, like art), but that we all deserve it.

I know that if I get it, I will feel liberated, and that's what's keeping me going (I'm still depressed and frustrated). Just keep your head up and keep on going, there's no other way.
