Anyone else from that month still waiting on approval?

I got an RFE in April.

Did a servicr request in July and got an email that said beside other things: "Our records show that your form I821D is currently pending adjudication."

Two more months and its a year waiting for approval.

I applied in November as well! I've done 2 service requests, talked to an officer at uscis, and contacted my senator. I guess some of us just have to sit around and wait longer.

Why did you get RFE?

The one I got was because my birth certificate said male instead of female.

I'm waiting too guys, my app was transferred to Nebraska like 2 weeks ago

They received my app November 5th

Im wondering if we are getting approved until November.

I'm still waiting I sent my application in November however It was received on December 11. The only thing I have heard about my case is that it was transferred no RFE!! I hope we all hear some good news soon!!

I already made two service requests, I received the same letter twice saying they're working on the cases and they don't know when they are gonna make a decision

I've only done one service request by calling USCIS. Is there a way to do one online?
