So I'm working with an attorney to adjust my status through advance parole, but like every attorney, she left me to the care of an assistant that has no idea what she is doing. Anyone in here go through advance parole process? If so, can you talk a little about what your reason for leaving was and what evidence you used and so forth? This would be very helpful. I have come to trust some in here more than I trust professionals.
I just came back from Brazil using AP. I wrote them a letter explaining my grandfather's health issues and asking them to let me go visit him. If you do a search for advance parole you will see that I documented every step of the way including the letter and all the evidence that I sent in (it's all on the Another Thread about advance parole).
