I was notified by WebGrants4Students.org that i will be receiving a grant for Fall 2013 through AB 131. I attend a CSU and my school's financial aid office keeps telling me that I do not have any financial aid award at the moment. Have any of your guys attending school in California have received any notification or money for fall 2013?

I received state university grants, which turned my tuition to $500 a semester. The money in webgrants did not apply to me since I was not a freshman or incoming transfer.

I attend a CSU

Hey plOp, how much did the SUG cover per semester? Are you an under or graduate student? Mind revealing your EFC?

Thanks. I'm just trying to gauge how much I'll pay once I start grad school at a CSU next year.

The SUG pretty much covered my tuition and the $500 I paid are the local fees like health center, student council and stuff I believe. I'm an undergrad. I forgot my EFC, but from what the financial aid at my school says I think I had to be below $16000. I am independent by the way.

I have undocu friends who are grad students who are paying $500 a semester also.
