Update on ACLU

I spoke with someone at the ACLU today. They will be discussing this issue at their upcoming meeting. Even if they decide not to pursue this I am going to keep constant contact and gather their active support. They were very interested in my view of the situation.

And just got a call from another ACLU headquarters that will be bringing up this issue to 3 ACLU lawyers and responding back to me.

When will the meeting be? I'm curious to hear the results.

Im going to try to get in touch with Witold Walczak http://www.aclupa.org/home/staff.htm, he was the guy from ACLU that that was able to overturn Hazeltowns racist law

I don't know time of meeting as yet. Don't get hopes too high. At least we are making contact. And no matter what happens it will be a permanent relationship of their support. That is what we need to do with all who support us.

There's a loser on youknowwho's site claiming she can't go to Miami Dade College because she's white. She also contacted the ACLU. Dumbass, you are currently a dependent on a student visa. You can only take courses as recreation. Usually means 1 class and it better be pottery. My friend is here because her husband is getting his PhD and she tried to take a physics class but they wouldn't let her because it's against USCIS's rules. Stop blaming Miami Dade College and call your congressman to address how ridiculous USCIS is. You could be deported dumbass if Miami Dade had let you register. They were looking out for you. Believe it or not, not everyone is as obsessed with race as you are. Stop bothering the ACLU and Miami Dade with your uninformed and bigoted claims.

woah woah, I'm confused. MDC accepts illegals...full time students. NO ONE, and I mean, NO ONE ever has a problem getting in there.

If you're a dependent on certain student visas like ginger snaps on youknowwhat site, you can't. In the old days if your spouce was here on a student visa getting their PhD you could get your masters or your PhD too while you were here. I don't know why but immigration services started to crack down on it. It's really stupid and a lot of people were upset but you know how immigrants needs are often neglected and so the rule is still present. Ginger snaps could easily become one of us if she violates the terms of her mother's student visa. So stupid, if you're reading this. Don't try to register at another college, Miami Dade was looking out for you, that other college may not be as kind or as informed.




EDIT: Stop blaming the college and wait until your paperwork through your father comes in.
