My petition is approved while DACA Pending?

January of 2011 my parents filed a petion for me. The case type is i130 petition for alien relative.

Yesterday my parents received the approval that my case has been approved. Now my visa is being processed at the NVC and i will hear from them within 30 days etc.

My DACA is still pending and i submitted it October of last year. Where do i stand now? Can my DACA still be approved? Does it even matter? What are my options now?

Doesn't matter nomore, even when they approved your DACA, you're already an automatic resident.

Same with anyone who's on DACA, if you married a u.s. citizen and that person files for you, automatically your daca won't work for you nomore because you would be a resident.

Was your I-485 also approved? You only become a resident when your I-485 is approved.

How old are you? Are you parents residents or citizents? Did you entered with or w/o inspection?
