After being approved for DACA, what are the consequences if a medicinal marijuana card is obtained, in California, After?

I don't think you can even get one... just because you have DACA. Don't you have to be a citizen or a green card holder?

The consequences, if you can get a card, will be that you will obtain and consume marijuana for medical reasons.

Legal or not, you can still get a medical card to smoke marijuana. It really depends on your health situation, if is something terminal, you can sure get one.

I will be posting a new thread right now and explain something that not everyone knows.

All you need to get the medical marijuana card/documentation is your California ID and around $90 dollars. You don't even need hard evidence that you have a chronic disease. You can tell the doctor you can't sleep or that your hands hurt from typing and they will sign you off.
