Study Abroad with DA

Hey guys.. I'm sort of new to this forum and I apologize if I sound super lost but it's because I am. I received my Deferred action back in january and have since gotten to put my new benefits to good use (work, id... all that good stuff).. I'm currently looking to do a semester abroad in Europe and was hoping to get some feedback. After perusing around I've come to notice that many of you are far more informed with this stuff and I would greatly appreciate it if you wouldn't mind helping me come to a decision. My biggest concern is leaving the country and not being able to come back.. I understand there's a +$300 application I must fill out and get approved.. what are the requirements to get that approval and how long does that usually take? (my application for the study abroad is in february). Thank you in advanced to anyone who's willing to help me out. I truly appreciate it
