no they are not. They have a long way to go. They have to figure out how deal with this debt ceiling crap. Dont expect immmigration until Nov.

It sounds like a typical Republican immigration strategy: Make life even harder for immigrants and maybe just maybe in 5 or 6 years we'll talk about possibly doing something about some of the things that might help the ones here.
