So I checked my case status today just to see if anything changed and on The I-797 it said my card went under production on 10/4/13 and I should receive it in the mail within 30 days. My deferred action is still under initial review but I'm confused cause I never got an email or text? But I'm still very happy and hoping I did get approved! What do you guys think?

Yes, you're approved. The I-821D takes a while to update after your card goes into production.

Congrats.

Omg!! I really hope so. I thought it might've been a mistake or something cause I didn't receive and email or text. But I always worry too much. This makes me sooooo happy

Yeah you're approved. First the I-765 application goes into production, then I-821D and I-765 get approved, and then the I-765 goes into production again.

I still haven't been able to send it. Haven't had the $$. We have a super tight budget. But I should be getting some money in this next week and that is my #1 priority. Wish me luck!
