got RFE for the 2nd time!!!

did anyone got RFE twice? i just check my status and it tells me that they sent me another RFE.

I got an RFE once and then I was approved three days afterwards. Yes, there's been cases where people got two RFEs. Don't try and stress out too much, good luck! Hope to see you approved soon.

I got two RFEs, first in july, then august, both for same reason. But mine is a very unique case, RFE's had nothing to do with whether i'm eligble for DACA or not..

Pretty much. They literally asked for stuff I had already sent first with my application, and then in the first RFE. And they asked some questions.

In the second RFE, signed by a supervisor, they asked for some evidence that is not a requirement based on their own guidelines, so my lawyer wrote a really serious letter basically calling them out, & i got a approved a few weeks later
