I'm currently still pending DACA (I sent my RFE in, so my response should arrive soon).
But, I wanted to go ahead and apply to FIU and start sending my transcript, test scores, etc.
Some of the questions on the application confused me. I'm going to go ahead and pay the fee and state that I'm not a Florida Resident.
But what do I do once I receive DACA and get accepted? What are the steps?
There is a separate form you fill out proving that you are a DACA recipient, and once you fill it out and turn it in, they will subtract the out-of-resident fee with a resident one.
I called my high school and asked them to send FIU my ranscript, and I went on College Board and sent in my SAT and AP scores.
Okay, so as soon as I get DACA, I'm going to fill out that form. Thank you!
