I came here on a visa in 2000 and overstayed. My visa expired on 2005. I've been living in the us ever since. If I apply for deferred action how many years of proofs do I need to send? Do I need to send proofs dating back to 2000 or just the last five years? If I send the last five years will I get denied? Can someone help me please.
Thank you in advance.

At least 2007 - present or since before you were 16-present. Whichever is earlier. Also include copy of the original visa and/or copy of the I-94 arrival/departure record if available.
