HELP! I got a ticket from a subway train officer because i walked in without buying a metro ticket. I was dosing off about things and i just forgot to buy one and i got very very bad luck. The ticket requires me to go to court and such do I need to give them my information like i don't have a SS number and everything? I'm very worried i might get deported

I don't think you can get deported just for going to court for a traffic ticket. My husband's done it several times. Wait for someone more knowledgable to chime in, though.

no your fine. I've had to go to court before too. On the court date, just go to court and wait for your case to be called. After the case has been judged, you either pay the fine or if your not fined, your free to go. You might need some sort of picture ID. You could use the one you gave the cop when you got ticketed.

Don't worry. Last summer I was arrested for selling alcohol to a minor. I work as a cashier. Just pay the fine and you'll be fine.

Ahh yes I came so close to getting ticketed in the subway. I would pay for my fares on some days, not everyday. Then one day (of all the days I rode the metro), I felt like paying the fare so I paid (I'd skip paying them). That day was the first time they checked for proof of payment and I was lucky I felt like paying that day.

But don't worry, you won't deported for one ticket. ICE has to catch you first.

Tried to get out of it but the judge was a d*ck about it and I had to pay. I dont remember anybody asking for anything. Course' this was about 5 years ago in HS.

There were months where fees weren't checked. And yeah, I felt bad for cheating the system for a few dollars a day. I stopped though.
