The guy is asking for arguments to write an 8 paper paper and they're like, "well, those seem like all the arguments to me", the arguments of course, which are the same sh*t over and over.

How about "stop and go driving". It would sound weird if you stated it in correct order "go and stop driving".

I had forgot about this thread. I dont see your point here, but I think I know what your saying. Using similar logic, yes, it really should be "go and stop driving". But we are not used used to saying it that way. I just found it ironic and funny that a person criticizing sentence structure has problems in their own sentence.
