Do other countries care if you were illegal in USA?

if you return to your home country, and try to immigrate legally to another country that isn't the USA, do some countries care if you were in the USA illegaly for so long before returning home? does anyone know this?

I think Canada for sure does care whether you were legal or illegal. It has been mentioned a couple of times.

^ Look if Canada didn't care, I a lot of people would have migrated over there a long time ago, nothing is easy.
