Ok, so after many years and painfully acquiring my GED, I am finally able to apply for DACA. I have a few questions I want to ask and genuinely may be too excited that I missed the answer.

Thanks in advance!

I-765WS - Part 2 - Financial InformationWhen they ask me what my annual income is, should I tell the truth or not? I work (albeit for pennies on the dollar, freelancing and being paid under the table without using a ssn) however, I'd be admitting to illegally working, thus breaking the law.

I-765 - Part 1 - Current immigration status I received an order of removal before turning 17 and don't have any legal status, what's the legal jargon for it? Do I have to directly refer to that?

I-821D - Part 1 - U.S Entry Information 13I initially entered the US at 11, left for a few months at 14 and came back at 15. When they ask me what my initial date of entry, are they asking my entry date at 11 or the 15 years old entry?

I-821D - Removal Proceedings Information - 3B As stated above, I received an order of removal at 17, but never left, question 3b asks me what the status of my proceedings are. I am neither in proceedings nor subject to a final order, so which one of these two reflects my situation? Both are ambiguous enough to be able to fit my case (choices are: b. administratively closed c.terminated)

How do I pay - I was told to pay with a money order from the post office but whom is it addressed to, what is the address and should I pay the full amount at once or only the amount for the forms, then later the amount for the biometrics.
Again, many thanks in advance. I wasn't able to use the search tool on this forum either, perhaps it's my computer.

Yeah hate to not help but you should really read that as the guidelines are beyond clear and obvious.

1) They know you most likely work illegally, disclose your income and expenses. You do not need to provide an explanation or evidence. So far the I-765WS seems to be absolutely ignored in regards to approvals/denials.

2) No lawful status.

3) The entry date on I-821D will be the one when you were 11. The entry date on I-765 will be the one when you returned at 15.

4) You're subject to a final order of removal.

5) All at once, $465, check or money order (bank, post office, doesn't matter), make it payable to US Department of Homeland Security (do not abbreviate).

Thank you very much! I wound up reading the entire thread, wish I could streamline it, but I hope to be able of help to the next person!
