9 months next week

Its been already 9 months and still no words...weird thing is my doesnt shows online. am i so famous that case doesnt even show anything online. Already made 3 request and still no words.

Did you ever call USCIS and ask them directly what is going on with your case?

USCIS has been known to lose A-files.

I did first erequest online than received response by saying that my case is active processing.
Second time called where agent told menithing is wrong with my case and he did send request to nebraska about my case. Response was " pending adj
ucating"
3rd time did online as well but got response back end of oct where it says same thing as 2nd response. What next?

About my case not showing online well i asked them as well where they told me some case doesnt show online till approval but why 9 months. Everytime i go website shows same message at this time my case is not ahowing online..blahhhhh
