Hello everyone,
I was wondering if a DREAMER can buy a house in Arizona?

And if you know of any specific that provide loans to Dreamers who want to buy a house?

If you already bought a house or discussed this with a professional please let me know. Thanks in advance to all

i'm sure you can, but why would you want to stay in that state with the way things are going. You have a hateful governor that's probably in all her right to be the way she is due to the violence in the border and she's trying to combat illegal immigration and she is also a REP. Move out of that state.

Thanks for your response. I grew up in Arizona and my husband has a well established profession here. And we have 2 kids who go to school and family members as well. Even though is a very controversial place stills our home.

Brewer's 2nd term ends on January 2014. and if she wants to run a third time she would have to change the state's constitution (I don't think that can happen, hopefully we get a better governor in 2014).

oh you don't even know what she's capable of. Does she have a lot of support still? (mainly from white people who are "tired" of illegal immigration)

all we can do is hope that she keeps smoking.

You are right, I know that if she wish she could run for a governor again as the constitutional change might not be a big deal with all her power and connections. Maybe even win again as she still has a lot of followers, but this doesn't sounds as a smart choice as the majority of people would not see this right and would NOT even accept it. Even worst I know that she could train someone to pass on her seat.

However, we have hope. The last thing you said is hilarious.

UPDATE:
My husband I began the process of buying a house with NACA and we felt truly unfortunate when we learned that we were on the wrong path, they made us waste a lot of time as they get hundreds of applicants each month as a requirement to get funds and they clearly know that with their personnel they only can close about 4-6 cases per year. You only have appointments with them once a month and ZERO Communication until the next month to go over what you talked about the month before. I truly hope you never step in their office. After 6 months of appointments THANKS to the honesty from 2 NACA workers we were able to learn the ugly truth, they told us that they have cases over 2 years old without moving anywhere. We felt devastated after this, but decided to only stop until the day we had our own house.

Therefore, we visited BBVA COMPASS as I have over 13 years banking with them, but they couldn't help. We also consulted BANK OF AMERICA and WELLS FARGO and had no luck as all this 3 banks only accept green cards. After this we decided to visit several REALTORS from the area to buy a house through investors (PLEASE DON'T DO THIS, EVEN IF YOU FEEL TRULY DESPERATE), the numbers they gave us were truly unfair and abusive, WE FELT AS BAIT! and decided this option wasn't for us as we were considered READY TO BUY A HOME and just needed the correct bank to get a loan.

Meanwhile, through all this process we made sure to keep building PERFECT CREDIT SCORE through 2 Secured Cards. We also never stopped saving money for the Down-payment and had ZERO Debts. Thanks to GOD we ended up in the hands of CHICANOS POR LA CASA after we had the appointment with them, we learned that BMO HARRIS BANK was the only bank working with dreamers and when CPLC confirmed through documentation and checking our credits that we were ready to buy a house. They helped us that same day to get an appoinment with:

MAURICIO VALENCIA-(602) 995-6095 from BMO Harris Bank at 3100 W Indian School Rd.

On JUNE 21, 2016 we closed with BMO Harris and finally bought our own house. The interest rate is 3.25% (Locked rate) with a 30 years conventional loan, NO penalties, NO PMI and we will be paying a TOTAL of $668.23 as our Monthly Payment (this already includes Principal, Interest, Insurance, and Taxes). Our Realtor was truly impressed with this numbers

My family and I feel truly blessed and consider all the hard times we had just a lesson and part of the road to finally get to the correct place. We always promised to ourselves that if anything ended up the way it was expected we would share our story through here. IF YOU ARE A DREAMER CONSIDERING TO BUY A HOUSE IN ARIZONA PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Disclosure: This is a honest message, the only intention is to help other Dreamers AVOID Scams and difficult times in the process of becoming homeowners. BMO Harris didn't paid me a dime to make this post.

WE TRULY HOPE THIS HELPS AT LEAST ONE FAMILY!!!

Congrats!!! good information, My husband is a Us citizen and last year we bought our first home in Litchfield park, it was a very stressful process, I am a co owner because my income needed to be included to be able to buy the house, but I always thought there should be a reason why they would look so much into my status, they had no idea what DACA was..i had to explain like a million people, but thank go we got approved but with a 5% 30 years. I was just glad it was over with but once I adjust my status the interest should get lower.. COngrats on your new home!!
