Ok well i need help. My ead card was suppose to be delivered the 15 the last update on tracking says depart sort facility mcallen tx nov 15. I called usps many times had 2 tracking cases opend up they all just kept telling me they emailed the plant and had no response from them. Friday the lady at my post office daid sge geard from the plant that it is lost and couldnt be found. I called usps one lady told me to claim the insurance anither one told me that the plant wouldn't say sonething like that. I had called uscis the lady from immigration told me i had to write it down that usps is responsible so not to claim inaurance until 40 days. Im just confused idk what to do.

This is bullshit, I'm sorry to hear about it and I think all you can do is to keep calling usps. Your package was picked up from uscis so they're not responsible for it.
