This is way too liberal for Republicans to draft. I do like the bill though.

I like it too. And yes, it's almost too logical to be true; but, it was written by Republicans and it appears legit. It is not liberal; liberal was the original DreamAct, I'm just dubfounded at the fairness of it. I just cannot bring my hopes up.

This isn't the so called KIDS Act. This is a separate bill planned to be introduced by Republican Representative Joe Heck.

Explain how the Original Dream Act was liberal and why this is not. Both give a conditional LPR status, both require educational or military requirements, Org Dream act had age 16 entry and age cap of 30. This one has age 15 entry and no cap. Both are valid for 6 years. Org Dream Act would graduate at the end of 6 years to LPR status, this one gives the ability to become citizen immediately.

I agree with you that this is more fair. But I do have to say it is liberal.

The original dream act has "under age 16" entry. This dream act has age 15 or younger entry => the age entry is essentially the same.

I'd say that this dream act is even more liberal than the original age dream act.
