Idea to Showcase Bios

Awhile back I asked people to fill out a biography format that asked where you were from, gpa, major, etc. Tikvah and I have been working on trying to use that in a better format and we thought of adding a baby picture to each biography. Then e-mailing this to immigration groups, and even putting in onto a CD and mailing it to certain groups, so they can use it to educate more people and get the message out there. Basically use this as a way to market our bios - make it more personal, but not with long personal stories.

Please let me know what you think of the format, the idea, etc. Also let me know who would be willing to e-mail me their baby pics

The picture doesn't have to be of when you arrived to the United States. The point of the picture was to make it more personal and I figured baby pictures would be the best because there is little chance anyone would recognize you- so more people would agree to it. A picture of when you were 7 or 10 would also work. It all depends what you are comfortable with.

I don't have a baby picture of myself but I am going to call my relatives in Mexico to give me one. I really want to contribute to this project. People, do not force me to give you the Shaammmeee scream because you are not doing this. We need a lot of people and we need it now. This is not going to take more than a few minutes and your identity is going to be completelly safe. After all, you used to be cute but never more! Come on people! don't be silly make this thing work for us for America for the future of America - which is us - no one will.

well what I need is baby pictures - as well as people filling out their bio information to go with the picture (basically from my example, fill in the blanks)

Come on everyone I was really hoping to see more participation in this. This isn't going to look very impressive if I have three bio's with baby pictures - it will however be impressive if I can get 20 - 40 bio's with pics.
